Reduce the coordination before take-off
Before a flight, passengers may be thinking about luggage, documents, the journey to the airport and the people travelling with them. The person organising a family or group departure must also make sure everyone has the same information.
Au Lac discusses the meeting point, proposed timing and assistance required at the terminal in advance.
Whether you want clearer guidance for yourself or coordinated arrangements for several passengers, the plan starts with your needs rather than a fixed package.
Travelling alone, with family or with a group
Solo passengers may value a clear contact before departure. Families and friends may need to agree assembly times, luggage and movement between different members.
Business trips need to connect with work schedules, while larger groups may need a plan divided by flight or passenger group.
You can enquire about departure only or combine it with arrival assistance. When booking for others, identify both the passengers and the person authorised to confirm changes.
Agree the details before the service date
We begin with your flight number, departure date and time, airport and terminal if known. We then discuss the meeting arrangements and specific assistance required.
Terminal guidance, luggage support, vehicle coordination and Fast Track should be requested and quoted explicitly. They are not automatically included in every departure enquiry.
Mention larger bags, performance equipment or other particular items early. Baggage acceptance remains a matter for the carrier.
One clear contact helps everyone plan
Different arrival times, extra bags and changed flights can make group instructions inconsistent if updates are shared separately.
For groups, one organiser should consolidate changes before confirming them with the service contact. For families, provide a way to reach the person using the service directly.
A shared plan helps passengers understand the next step and gives the organiser a coherent set of arrangements.
Good preparation still matters
Airport assistance supports coordination; it does not replace travel-document preparation or airline check-in deadlines. Please check your flight details and carriage requirements before travelling.
Notify the assigned contact if the flight time, terminal or meeting point changes so the arrangements can be reviewed.
No assistance package should be treated as a guarantee of boarding after a late arrival. Sensible timing remains an important part of your own travel plan.
Send your departure itinerary
Tell us how many people are travelling, which airport you are leaving from and where you would like assistance. A flight-by-flight list is helpful for groups.
We will discuss the proposed services, quote and confirmation process. Your enquiry becomes a confirmed service once the necessary arrangements are agreed.
A little preparation helps you focus on the journey ahead when you reach the airport.
Questions before you choose
Can you review a group travelling on several flights?
Yes. Provide a list organised by flight, departure time and passenger count so coordination options can be reviewed.
Does the service guarantee boarding if I arrive late?
No. Airline check-in deadlines and conditions of carriage still apply.
What would make your journey easier?
Tell us your flight, passenger count and the assistance you would like. You do not need to choose a package before contacting us.
