Care is not determined by group size
A business traveller may want a discreet, clearly planned welcome. A family may need more convenient coordination between its members. A visiting group may need an organised meeting and onward-movement plan.
Au Lac discusses VIP and group services around these priorities. Individuals, small parties and larger groups can all enquire.
The distinction is in the preparation: what needs agreeing in advance, which services are selected and how the contacts will coordinate.
Individual and family arrangements
If you are booking for yourself, share your communication, meeting and transport requirements. If you are booking for relatives, explain who will use the service and which details may make the journey easier for them.
A personalised plan does not have to include a long list of extras. Clear passenger instructions and a reliable process for updates may be what matters most.
Arrival and departure can be discussed separately around the actual flights, with any additions explicitly agreed.
Groups need a shared plan
For friends, tour groups, business visitors and corporate partners, passenger count is only part of the brief. Flights, passenger groupings, luggage and onward destinations determine the coordination required.
Some passengers may arrive together, others on separate flights. Some may need arrival only; others may also need departure assistance. We review the different parts of the itinerary.
Agreeing a representative, flight list, assembly point and update process helps the organiser follow one coherent plan.
Experience behind the preparation
Au Lac has more than ten years of airport service experience, including itineraries requiring careful preparation. That experience informs how we gather information, define responsibilities and coordinate when several parties are involved.
It is relevant to a single traveller as well as a larger group. Different journeys still share the need for clear, respectful assistance.
Itinerary details, photographs and personal requirements should be shared only as needed for the service. Discuss privacy preferences at the outset.
Choose the scope, understand the inclusions
You may request arrivals, departures, Fast Track availability checks, vehicle coordination and other assistance. Each item is reviewed individually and is not automatically included in every VIP or group enquiry.
A useful quote defines the inclusions, additions and change conditions. Identify any itinerary details that remain provisional.
Private aviation passenger requirements or special reception locations should be raised separately. Passenger assistance does not automatically include aircraft operational services.
A plan built from your requirements
Send the passenger count, flights, airport and what you would like prepared. For groups, a shared itinerary and a representative are a useful starting point.
You do not need a finished service plan before contacting us. We will discuss the requirements, suitable scope and quote.
Whether the journey is individual or shared, you should know what has been agreed and whom to contact if things change.
Questions before you choose
Can an individual passenger request this service?
Yes. You may request an individual or small-party plan; enquiries are not restricted to corporate or large groups.
Does a small group need a full package?
Not automatically. Describe the assistance required so the proposed scope and quote reflect your needs.
Can I request arrival or departure only?
You can enquire for one direction, the whole group or selected passengers. The scope is confirmed in the quote.
What would make your journey easier?
Tell us your flight, passenger count and the assistance you would like. You do not need to choose a package before contacting us.
