Reception & coordination for private aviation passengers

Au Lac has experience welcoming private aviation passengers. We review arrival, departure and ground-movement requirements based on the flight schedule and information from the organiser or designated operational contact.

Conditions differ between flights. Meeting points, passenger handovers and coordination responsibilities need to be checked and confirmed in advance.

Subject to requirements and service availability, you may request:

• A passenger arrival or departure plan based on the supplied flight schedule.
• Handover points and liaison with the parties serving the flight.
• Ground vehicle coordination if additionally requested.
• Requirements for accompanying personnel, luggage and individual preferences.
• Update arrangements when timing or operational requirements change.

This page describes passenger support, not an undertaking to charter aircraft or provide every operational service. Flight permits, parking, fuel and specialist ground handling should be clarified with the responsible parties.

Apron access, restricted-area access and aircraft-door reception are not assumed. Such arrangements are considered only where conditions and authorised providers permit.

Please provide the airport, proposed date and time, passenger count, arrival or departure direction, operational or organising contact and ground transport requirements.

If an operator and ground handler are already appointed, specify the work you would like Au Lac to coordinate so responsibilities do not overlap.
