Airport arrival assistance

Au Lac handles arrival enquiries at Noi Bai, Da Nang and Tan Son Nhat. Whether the passenger is a first-time visitor, a family member needing guidance, a business expert or part of a touring group, arrangements are discussed around the actual requirements.

Before the service date, the flight details, terminal, proposed meeting point and contact person should be agreed.

The following items are reviewed on request and are not automatically included in every quote.

• The reception point and how to identify your contact.
• Guidance to the meeting point within permitted areas.
• Luggage assistance and coordination with a pickup vehicle, if requested.
• Specific needs of VIP guests, older travellers or larger groups.
• Communication arrangements if the passenger does not yet have a local phone number.

Please inform the assigned contact promptly of changes to the flight number, arrival time, terminal or passenger count. We will discuss any adjustment based on the circumstances and confirmed services.

For groups arriving on several flights, provide a list organised by flight so the pickup order and assembly point can be planned.

Send the airport, arrival date, flight number, passenger count, expected luggage and contact phone number. If vehicle coordination is required, include the destination and transport requirements.
