Planning around a performance itinerary
Au Lac has experience welcoming well-known artists visiting Vietnam for performances. Airport arrangements need to connect with rehearsal, performance and accommodation schedules, as well as the requirements shared by the organiser.
A clearly identified organising contact helps avoid conflicting instructions between artist management, the touring team and event personnel.
Details to prepare in advance
Each programme is reviewed individually rather than assigned a standard reception script.
- Flight schedules for the artist and separate touring-team groups.
- The people authorised to receive information and approve changes.
- Meeting points, vehicles and movement sequence if additionally requested.
- Accompanying luggage, equipment and coordination notes.
- Photography, publicity and privacy requirements.
Discreet information handling, clear coordination
Photography, fan interaction and publication of flight details are not assumed to be part of airport reception. Media-related arrangements should be agreed with the organiser and the responsible parties.
Specialist security, crowd control and restricted-area access are not automatically included. The responsible provider and applicable conditions need to be defined.
Send a brief for your programme
Please share the event dates, flight schedule, group size, organising contact and reception requirements. Personal details should be shared only with the assigned contact through agreed channels.
We will discuss the work scope and coordination plan before confirming the service.
Before you enquire
Can the artist’s identity and flight details be kept confidential?
Please specify confidentiality requirements and the authorised contacts in your initial brief.
Is specialist security automatically included?
No. Specialist security needs a separate discussion of scope, responsible provider and availability.
