Airport reception for diplomatic & distinguished delegations

During more than ten years in airport services, Au Lac has gained experience welcoming diplomatic delegations. We receive requirements through the delegation’s representative and discuss arrival or departure arrangements suited to the visit.

There is no single plan for every delegation. Group size, composition, purpose and particular requirements guide the coordination scope.

Before confirmation, the following should be agreed:

• The delegation representative and the person authorised to approve the plan.
• Flight schedule, airports, terminals and passenger groups.
• Reception requirements, identification and proposed meeting points.
• Vehicle, luggage and service-party coordination if requested.
• Responsibilities belonging to the organiser, airport service parties or relevant authorities.

An airport reception service does not itself create priority rights, exemptions or restricted-area access. Official protocol, security and related formalities require coordination with the responsible parties.

We confirm only the services that can be organised or coordinated within the applicable scope; state-level ceremonial arrangements are not assumed.
